Job summary

Seetec is hiring a Business Manager to lead the Youth Job Guarantee across a designated area. You will inspire and develop a team of Team Leaders, Youth Employment Advisors, Trainers and Employer Account Executives to achieve outstanding participant outcomes.

The role is based in the Isle of Wight with a 37-hour week; you will manage performance data, quality, safeguarding and budgets while building strong employer partnerships and ensuring personalised support for young people.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and management experience.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Full UK driving licence.

Ready to Lead? We're Hiring a Business Manager

At Seetec, we're committed to helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable careers. We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Youth Job Guarantee programme across a designated area.

In this role, you'll inspire and develop a team of Team Leaders, Youth Employment Advisors, Trainers and Employer Account Executives, creating a high performance culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes for participants. You'll be accountable for contract performance, quality, compliance, safeguarding and financial targets, while ensuring young people receive personalised support that helps them secure and sustain employment.

You'll use performance data and insight to drive continuous improvement, manage resources effectively and build strong partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and training providers. The role requires a confident and experienced leader who can motivate teams, manage performance and deliver results in a target driven environment.

The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience, a strong track record of delivering against performance and quality measures, excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications. Experience within employability, skills, welfare to work or advice and guidance services would be advantageous.

Essential

• Recognised Management or Leadership qualification (Level 3 or above)
