Seetec in the South West region is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive employment and skills outcomes across our contracts. You will shape strategy, partner with commissioners and stakeholders, and ensure programmes meet quality standards while delivering value for participants and communities.

As a senior operations leader, you’ll manage budgets, monitor performance, and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering results across dispersed teams.
• Proven track record managing contracts to targets and quality standards.
• Strong MS 365 skills including Teams, Excel and Word.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
