The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, contract management, and data-driven improvements using Microsoft 365 tools to meet contract targets and deliver positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing supply chain and delivery partner networks.
• Track record in target-driven performance management and quality assurance.
• Strong IT literacy with MS 365 and Teams proficiency.
• Experience in employability or welfare-to-work sectors is advantageous.

• Manage and support a network of subcontracted delivery partners to meet targets.
