Job summary

Achieve Together Limited in the South West region is seeking an experienced Regional/Operations Manager. You will lead multiple homes, coach managers, and drive a culture of excellence in care and support.

You will work with the Operations Director to grow your area, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop strong stakeholder relationships, while providing visible leadership across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Level 5 QCF or above in leadership and/or health and social care.
• Experience of multisite leadership and management with a proven track record of meeting key deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, including negotiating and presenting at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and driving performance.
• Ability to travel and hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop home managers and achieve their own performance and potential while enabling leadership in teams.
• Act as a point of escalation for the team as needed.
• Provide visible leadership across multiple homes ensuring high standards of care and support.
• Ensure organisational, legal and regulatory requirements are met across all homes within area.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to keep people we support at the heart of the work.
• Deliver operational budgets and address shortfalls with action plans.
• Support the Operations Director and SLT with area performance updates and risk reviews.
• Participate in the on-call rota and contribute to wider projects as required.
