Job summary

SECTEC is seeking an ambitious Head of SECTEC Operations to lead the operational delivery and coordination of a pioneering construction education programme across nine counties, focusing on employer engagement and regional workforce development.

You will translate strategic priorities into delivery plans, establish robust processes, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and contracts, and build a sustainable delivery model for TIE beyond the current funding period.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational delivery of education or training programmes.
• Strong ability to coordinate partners and manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of SECTEC and TIE.
• Develop delivery plans, processes, and systems; monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Coordinate regional partners and governance reporting.
• Support sustainable delivery model beyond funding period.
