Seetec in the South West region is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive employment and skills outcomes across our contracts. You will shape strategy, partner with commissioners and stakeholders, and ensure programmes meet quality standards while delivering value for participants and communities.

As a senior operations leader, you’ll manage budgets, monitor performance, and pursue continuous improvement.

• Strong MS 365 skills including Teams, Excel and Word.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

We're hiring for an Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding employment and skills services that change lives. Working closely with partners, commissioners, and stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure programmes achieve meaningful outcomes for participants and communities.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for contract performance, operational excellence, budget management, and service quality. You'll inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential, build strong external relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance services, improve performance, and support future growth.

We're looking for an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering results through geographically dispersed teams. You'll be confident managing services against contractual targets and quality standards while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes.

You'll bring strong senior leadership experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build engaged, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong digital capability across Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, and Word, is essential, along with a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the region.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range £56,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
