Epergne Solutions is seeking a Senior Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on desk- and room-based IT support across UK sites. You will configure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain security and AV/VoIP systems.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience with VIP support and strong knowledge of AD/Entra ID and HRMS. ServiceNow is used to track incidents and SLAs.

Formación

• 3–6 years of hands-on onsite IT support or end-user computing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Networking fundamentals including Cisco/Meraki, AV systems, and VoIP.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra ID, and Ivanti MDM.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
• VIP/executive support experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IMAC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and RF equipment.
• Configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Deliver VIP/executive IT support and handle urgent escalations.
• Maintain AV systems, conference rooms, and VoIP technologies.
• Perform device imaging, inventory tagging, shipment coordination, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer user access through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and HRMS platforms.
• Track incidents, document resolutions, and meet SLAs using ServiceNow.
• Support patching, software deployment, and endpoint security compliance.
