Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT/field support experience.
- Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and support.
- Experience supporting VIP/Executive users.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site meeting room and event support for senior leadership.
- Hypercare support for CEO and EXCO users.
- Coordinate printer refresh programs and third-party suppliers.
- Engage with senior managers on building operations and technology refresh programs.
- Set up and deliver mobile devices to end users.
- Support Digital Media Players across sites and troubleshoot onsite.
- Assist with high-visibility facilities and network hardware upgrades.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot site connectivity with Network team.
- Occasional out-of-hours support to maintain business continuity.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting beyond standard L2 support levels.
