Job summary

Brilliant Computers is seeking an experienced IT/Field Support professional to deliver VIP-level on-site assistance across multiple sites. You will support meeting rooms, printers, mobile devices, and digital media players, ensuring high service levels and minimal downtime for senior leaders.

You will engage with executives and the Network team on connectivity, security, and hardware refresh programs, handle incident response, and provide occasional out-of-hours support to maintain business

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Field Support experience.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 support skills.
• Experience with VIP/Executive users.
• Good network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms, printers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-priority incidents.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide meeting room and event support for senior leadership teams.
• Hypercare support for CEO and EXCO users.
• Coordinate printer refresh programs and third-party suppliers.
• Engage with senior managers for operations and tech refresh programs.
• Set up and deliver mobile devices to end users.
• Support Digital Media Players across sites with installation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with high-visibility facilities and network upgrade programs.
• Incident response and site connectivity troubleshooting with Network team.
• Provide out-of-hours support to maintain business continuity.
• Advanced troubleshooting beyond standard L2 support.
