Partners Group in London is seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver premium on-site support for employees, visitors and external partners, ensuring a seamless workplace technology experience.

You will own local onboarding, provide high-touch support to senior management and VIP users, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and coordinate AV/VC setups for large events, with exposure to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, including AV/VC support.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
• Experience supporting financial or professional services in a global setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and VIPs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests with desk-side and remote support.
• Own onboarding for new joiners including equipment, access and training.
• Provide high-touch support to senior management and VIP users.
• Manage local IT assets and inventory according to standards.
• Assist with cloud/on-premises user and group administration.
• Promote IT security best practices and improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot connectivity on local and remote networks including VPN/Azure VDI.
• Support office management with IT setup for moves and events.
• Support events with AV/VC and live streaming as needed.
