Job summary
Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Lead Manager for Online Grocery Trading to drive performance and growth across our online grocery platform. You will lead trading activity, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and partner with suppliers to maximise online sales, basket growth, and customer engagement.
You will own the delivery of trading plans, manage major promotional events, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer journey and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail
Qualifications

- Proficient with Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and optimise online trading plans to drive sales growth and performance.
- Lead the execution of key business events and promotional activity across Asda.com.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Data & Insights, Product, Operations and external partners to deliver objectives.
- Partner with suppliers to maximise online opportunities and revenue growth.
- Enhance the online customer journey and overall shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve key metrics.
- Support the development of new tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
