We're looking for a Lead Manager - Online Grocery Trading to join us and help drive the performance and growth of our online grocery business. You'll be responsible for delivering a multi-billion-pound online sales plan across Food and General Merchandise, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while maximising commercial performance.
Working at the heart of our eCommerce operation, you'll lead trading activity across key categories, collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, and partner with suppliers to drive online sales, basket growth, and customer engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in one of the UK's largest online grocery businesses, influencing trading strategy, customer experience and commercial performance at scale while working with a broad network of senior stakeholders across the organisation.
