Responsibilities

• Undertake Train Guard responsibilities safely, punctually and economically.
• Lead on-train team and manage customer service delivery and revenue duties.
• Promote Arriva TrainCare image of customer service when on stations, trains or in customer-facing roles.
• Make operational and customer service decisions following industry and company standards.
