WM Trains Limited in Crewe is seeking a Trainee Senior Conductor to join our depot team and deliver a safe, reliable rail service while assisting passengers and issuing tickets. You will help maintain high standards of customer care on busy services.

The role requires cash handling and customer service experience, with shifts Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays. Applicants must live within a 60-minute radius of Crewe and have access to transport.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cash handling and customer service from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments.
• Must be 18 years or over and have full colour vision (Ishihara Colour Test).

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance to customers to ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey.
• Be responsible for safety of customers and the train throughout the journey.
• Check and sell tickets, provide timetable information, assist with luggage, and ensure trains are clean and presentable.
• Make regular and emergency announcements to keep customers informed.
• Complete reports related to ticket irregularities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care at all times.
