Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset is seeking an experienced OD Practitioner to lead the organisation's People Strategy through broad OD interventions. You will influence culture, leadership, team effectiveness and staff engagement across multiple sites.

The role requires delivering interventions in a complex healthcare setting, coordinating with internal and external partners, and building capability across the Trust. Interview on 6th October.

Qualifications

• Post graduate or masters in OD or related field; healthcare experience preferred.
• Facilitation within an Acute Hospital environment or similar setting.
• ILM 5 Coaching & Mentoring (or equivalent).
• Experience designing and delivering OD interventions to improve outcomes.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on OD projects and work streams as part of the UHD People Strategy.
• Provide expert advice to design interventions that maximise efficiency and staff value.
• Collaborate with Care Groups, Directorates and teams to build OD capability.
• Develop tools and approaches to embed leadership development and culture change across the Trust.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and act autonomously within guidelines.
