You will partner with divisional leaders, offering strategic guidance across people and workforce matters to shape a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or MCIPD status, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience partnering with executive/senior leadership teams in a large, complex and unionised organisation.
• Track record in workforce transformation, organisational development and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People and OD Business Partnering with senior divisional leaders.
• Workforce planning, transformation and redesign.
• Leadership development and coaching across the division.
• Employee relations, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Organisational development, culture change and staff wellbeing.
• Staff engagement, inclusion and data-driven insight.
• Delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and workforce objectives.
