• Senior HR/People professional with strategic focus and senior partnering experience.
• Ideally a Master's degree and/or Chartered MCIPD status.
• Experience partnering with executive/senior leadership teams in a large, complex, unionised organisation.
• Strong track record in workforce transformation, organisational development, complex employee relations and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People and OD partnership across Corporate Services portfolios.
• Handle complex employee relations and governance matters.
• Lead workforce planning, transformation and redesign initiatives.
• Provide leadership development and coaching.
• Drive organisational development and culture change initiatives.
• Focus on staff engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Analyse workforce performance data and insight to inform decisions.
• Support risk management, assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with staff side representatives and system partners.
• Deliver the Group People Strategy and Workforce Objectives.
