Job summary

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking experienced Organisation Development (OD) Practitioners to deliver an ambitious improvement programme. The role strengthens leadership, team effectiveness and organisational culture, supporting a sustainable workforce and better experiences for staff, patients and communities.

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and evaluate leadership/OD development programmes.
• Experience diagnosing and evaluating large, complex, multi-disciplinary OD interventions.
• Knowledge of NHS OD practice and its impact on performance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across organisations and levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate management development, inclusive leadership and culture change.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen collaboration, inclusion and improvement.
• Use coaching, facilitation and engagement methods to support development.
• Use staff feedback and evidence to shape interventions and assess impact.
