Job summary

NCIC in North Cumbria is seeking an experienced Organisation Development specialist to advise senior leaders, design and deliver strategic interventions and support transformational change across our NHS services.

You will partner with managers at all levels, apply OD theories, and help create a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous improvement. We offer an NHS environment with professional development and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in OD or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering OD interventions for organisational effectiveness.
• Experience working with leaders and managers on major change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert OD advice to stakeholders at all levels.
• Plan and deliver complex OD activities aligned with regional objectives (engagement, leadership development, change management).
• Support organisational culture improvements and team performance through applied OD theories.
