Job summary

Domus Recruitment is assisting a senior leadership opportunity in the UK for an operator with a proven track record in high-quality nursing and residential care services. The role oversees day-to-day clinical and operational performance across two services, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance.

You will lead, develop and motivate established care teams, manage staffing, budgets and occupancy, and build close relationships with residents, families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• NMC Registration (RGN) with active PIN.
• Experience managing elderly nursing or residential care services.
• Proven track record of managing Good CQC-rated homes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Good career longevity and stability within previous roles.
• Strong leadership and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of both services.
• Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, motivate and develop established care teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and overall commercial performance.
