Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven senior operational leadership experience within the care home sector.
• Experience managing multiple care homes or services simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care standards.
• Demonstrable success in driving quality improvement and managing underperforming services.
• Experience leading and developing senior management teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets, financial performance, and P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes.
• Support Home Managers to achieve high standards of care, compliance, and performance.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across all services.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, occupancy, budgets, and operational outcomes.
• Support services to achieve and maintain strong CQC ratings.
• Lead on turnaround strategies where improvements are required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards are maintained.
• Develop and mentor Home Managers and senior leadership teams.
• Build effective relationships with commissioners, regulators, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business growth, and organisational development.

What We're Looking For
