Job summary

Domus Recruitment is assisting a care provider in Merseyside to recruit a Home Manager for a large home. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensure safe and compliant care, and provide clinical oversight to residents’ nursing and personal care.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in maintaining CQC ratings and developing staff. The role offers a competitive salary and a supportive, family-style culture.

Qualifications

• Proven larger home management and operational leadership track record.
• Nurse-qualified with an active NMC PIN (not required).
• Experience with digital care systems (care plans and eMAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home.
• Maintain CQC compliance and drive improvement plans.
• Provide clinical oversight for nursing and personal care.
• Oversee safe medication administration and storage per standards.
• Build and develop a stable staff team and reduce agency usage.
• Promote high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
