Domus Recruitment is seeking a proactive health and social care leader to oversee and support a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will supervise staff, manage rotas, and ensure safeguarding and compliance with CQC standards while building strong partnerships with families and professionals.

The role involves developing intensive support plans, managing budgets, and driving service improvement to help individuals live independently and engage with their communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care environments.
• Experience as Registered Manager, Senior Leader, Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage intensive support plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop Support Workers, including rotas, supervision and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered.
• Manage safeguarding concerns appropriately.
• Ensure services meet CQC requirements and organisational standards.
• Oversee health & safety, risk, budgets and daily operations.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and external agencies.
• Complete reports, audits and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Develop and review support plans reflecting individuals' needs and aspirations.
