Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee high-quality elderly nursing and residential care services in Greater London. You will drive clinical and operational performance, uphold regulatory standards, and lead established care teams to deliver exceptional care.

The role requires an RGN with an active NMC PIN and a proven track record in Good CQC-rated homes, with strong governance and commercial acumen to sustain quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC as an RGN with active PIN.
• Significant experience in elderly nursing or residential care.
• Proven track record of managing Good CQC-rated homes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Demonstrated stability and long tenure in roles.
• Strong leadership, operational and commercial skills.
