Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or Senior Practitioner.
  • Confidence leading a room and supporting colleagues when required.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Room Leader in the daily running of the room.
  • Acting as Deputy Room Leader every Thursday.
  • Creating stimulating activities that promote development.
  • Building warm relationships with children and colleagues.
  • Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Observing and recording children's progress.
  • Contributing to the EYFS curriculum.
  • Safeguarding children and following policies.
