Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical expert in pre‑sales engagements.
  • Lead customer workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concept labs.
  • Advise on advanced networking, automation, virtualization, and security solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with technical decision‑makers and help solve real business challenges.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years in technical pre‑sales or similar roles.
  • Advanced routing & switching (MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, SDN).
  • Broadband access (BNG, CUPS BNG, OLT).
  • Knowledge of 5G ORAN, Packet Core, SD‑WAN, and network automation.
  • Familiarity with security solutions for mobile/fixed networks.
  • Bonus: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, SDN/NFV experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally the Americas.
