National Highways is seeking a Senior Network Planner - Resilience to lead the development and delivery of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans. The role requires driving, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate with regional Operations and external partners to minimise disruption.

You will help implement best-practice methods, analyse plan effectiveness and guide continuous improvement while operating in a hybrid setup from Bristol or Exeter.

Competenze

• Knowledge of the Civil Contingency Act 2004 (desirable).
• Experience creating and developing response plans, including managing debriefs (desirable).
• Ability to implement company crisis management procedures and policies.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and delivery of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans with best-practice processes.
• Proactively analyse plan effectiveness and manage risks and issues affecting delivery.
• Provide advice to minimise operational impact during emergencies.
• Liaise with regional Operations and external stakeholders to minimise impacts of events.
• Manage Network Resilience funding and prioritise schemes aligned to risk.
