Zusammenfassung

National Highways is seeking a Senior Network Planner - Resilience to lead the development of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans. You will drive process improvements, advise stakeholders and ensure plans reflect best practice and risk-aware decisions.

The role is hybrid, based from Bristol or Exeter, and requires travel; you will liaise with regional operations and external partners to minimise disruption and safeguard customer journeys.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contingency and business continuity planning and understanding of business objectives for resilience.
• Good communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to implement company crisis management procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of Civil Contingency Act 2004 (desirable)

Aufgaben

• Lead development of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures reflecting best practice and risk insights.
• Liaise with regional operations and external stakeholders to minimise disruption to customers.
• Manage Network Resilience funding and prioritise schemes aligned to risk.
• Analyse effectiveness of plans and drive continuous improvement; manage risks and issues.
