Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Network Planner - Resilience to lead the development and delivery of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans. You will provide leadership, apply best practice, and work with stakeholders to minimise impact on customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in contingency and business continuity planning.
• Ability to develop and implement resilience and emergency response plans.
• Knowledge of civil contingency acts (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to assure delivery of plans.
• Liaise with regional Operations and stakeholders to minimise impact of events.
• Manage Network Resilience funding and identify schemes.
