• Experience in contingency and business continuity planning.
• Understanding of resilience objectives and service delivery.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Proactively analysing the effectiveness of resilience plans and improvements.
• Provide consultancy to minimise impact to Operations during emergencies.
• Develop best practice methods for ongoing process improvements.
• Liaise with regional Operations and external stakeholders to reduce impact of events.
• Manage Network Resilience funding and prioritise schemes by risk.
