A great opportunity to work at a leading, high-growth FMCG manufacturer, supplying premium products across e-commerce, grocery, food service, and retail. As the business grows, they’re looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to help shape the next phase of success.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key grocery retailers
  2. Lead day-to-day management of accounts with exceptional service and support
  3. Drive Joint Business Planning to ensure long-term, sustainable growth
  4. Negotiate commercial terms, enhancing visibility, assortment, and profitability
  5. Build and execute a strategy to win new business
  6. Monitor category trends and market activity to stay ahead of the curve
  7. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and quality
  8. Take full P&L ownership and deliver against commercial KPIs

What You’ll Bring:

  1. 5+ years’ experience in FMCG with a strong track record in national account management
  2. Experience working with the UK’s top 4 grocers
  3. Strong commercial and financial acumen
  4. Confident in using shopper and category data to shape strategy
  5. Excellent communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills
  6. Collaborative, forward-thinking, and target-driven
