Senior National Account Manager - Grocery

Join a leading, high-growth premium FMCG manufacturer that supplies products across e-commerce, grocery, food service, and retail. We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to help shape the next phase of success in the grocery channel.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key grocery retailers
  • Manage accounts with excellent service and support
  • Drive Joint Business Planning for sustainable growth
  • Negotiate commercial terms to enhance visibility, assortment, and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business
  • Monitor market trends and category activity
  • Represent our brand and uphold our values
  • Own P&L and meet commercial KPIs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in FMCG with proven national account management experience
  • Experience with the UK’s top 4 grocers
  • Strong commercial and financial skills
  • Ability to analyze shopper and category data for strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
