Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities Manager to support the Community Manager across Cardiff and Bath sites. You will oversee a technical services and maintenance function for buildings, grounds and common areas to meet health and safety, compliance and asset performance standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance programs, and work with contractors and residents to ensure excellent service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance experience in a corporate residential environment or related field.
• Experience supervising contractors and suppliers on premium residential buildings.
• Experience developing and maintaining risk assessments and preventative maintenance.
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Positive team player with flexible and adaptable approach; willing to on-call/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by living the company values.
• Engages residents to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
• Assigns and tracks work orders; ensures high standards and timely repairs.
• Monitors building services and lifecycle of mechanical/electrical assets.
• Collaborates with external stakeholders to ensure building compliance.
• Supports budget development and financial reporting for properties.
• Prepares and reviews RAMS, permits, and safety documentation.
• Onboards and develops team members to meet KPIs and succession goals.
• Coordinates procurement, invoices, and supplier communications.
