Job summary

Greystar seeks a Facilities Manager to support the Community Manager in delivering safe, high‑quality residential services across Bath properties. You will oversee maintenance teams, manage budgets, and ensure statutory compliance and quality standards.

You will coordinate with external contractors, plan preventative maintenance, monitor service levels, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Greystar's brand and customer service commitments.

Qualifications

• Good level of general education, min A/HND level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and numeric skills.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety laws relating to buildings management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model and uphold core values.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Monitor building services and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and capital works handover.
• Provide monthly reporting on maintenance and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements and RAMS/Permits to work.
