Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management across a Wiltshire and Gloucestershire portfolio. This mobile role ensures safe, compliant, high-quality service delivery while acting as the principal on-site contact for customer stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage multi-site operations, develop teams, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across all locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site facilities management operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and customer liaison experience.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management across multiple sites (planned and reactive maintenance, engineering systems, cleaning, and soft services).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders as the on-site partner.
• Manage and develop operational teams including recruitment, training, performance, and succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and promote a strong safety culture across sites.
• Oversee service performance through audits, inspections, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance records, health and safety files and safe systems of work.
• Manage budgets, financial targets, cost controls and SLAs to ensure value for money.
• Act as primary representative across allocated sites to meet service delivery expectations.
