Greystar is seeking an experienced multi-site operations leader to direct property management across a UK portfolio. You will oversee performance against budgets, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and implement policies to meet financial and operational targets.

You will lead teams across sites, ensuring compliance with UK Health & Safety and leveraging property management systems and MS Office to deliver high standards. This role offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes investor satisfaction through timely reporting and urgent responses to concerns, questions, issues, and requests.
• Reviews, analyses, and interprets market data to identify trends and develops plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensures property appearance and safety through routine inspections and requests capital as needed for upkeep.
• Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards across areas of responsibility.
• Practices safety by reporting any equipment malfunctions or injuries to the appropriate people.
• Keeps abreast of industry changes via training and research and applies new knowledge.
