Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the Community Manager in meeting operational and financial goals across residential properties. You will lead maintenance teams, oversee PPM schedules, and manage procurement and contractor performance to ensure safety and asset integrity.

The role requires strong communication, experience with risk assessments, and a background in building services. An on-site presence and occasional on-call duties are expected as part of managing a premium

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate residential maintenance or related building trades.
• Experience supervising contractors and managing maintenance teams.
• Experience with risk assessments and preventative maintenance systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to work on-call or overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities tasks and maintenance to meet health, safety and asset standards.
• Assign and track work orders, diagnosing defects and supervising repairs.
• Monitor building services lifecycles and advise on major defects and costs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and capital works handovers.
• Maintain inventory, manage procurement, and process supplier invoices.
• Develop and implement regular planned preventative maintenance schedules.
