Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the Community Manager in delivering exceptional operations across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will oversee technical services, maintenance regimes, and safety compliance, while driving cost-effective improvements and sustaining asset performance.

The role requires experience in corporate residential maintenance, contractor supervision, and a solid grasp of health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance within corporate residential environments.
• Experience supervising contractors and suppliers in premium residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations relating to buildings management.

Responsibilities

• Model company values at all times and drive service excellence.
• Engage with residents to proactively improve service delivery and address issues.
• Manage and close work orders, diagnose defects, and ensure repairs meet standards and safety policies.
• Monitor building services and ensure lifecycle of plant/equipment.
• Notify Community Manager of major defects with costed action plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, project managers, and fire services for compliance.
• Provide monthly reports on preventive maintenance and contractor performance.
• Overssee and develop maintenance team capabilities to meet KPIs.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reconciliation for properties.
