Job summary

Barracuda Networks seeks a Principal Security Practice Architect to shape, enable, and elevate security capabilities for strategic Barracuda MSP partners. You will guide partners through architectural design, security assessments, maturity planning, and service development, while supporting pre‑sales engagements through workshops, PoCs, and solution guidance.

You will bridge product, sales, and partner ecosystem, helping define repeatable blueprints and reference architectures across the global

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security architecture, pre-sales engineering or consulting roles.
• Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, or service provider environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST, etc.).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure or AWS security, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud security, network security, email security, or data protection technologies.
• Ability to develop repeatable service constructs, playbooks and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Shaping, enabling, and elevating security capabilities for Barracuda MSP partners.
• Guide partners through architectural design, security assessments, maturity planning, and service development.
• Support pre‑sales engagements through workshops, PoCs, and solution guidance.
• Define and scale blueprints, frameworks, and reference architectures across the MSP community.
• Develop and deliver security service blueprints and maturity models.
• Run executive‑level workshops to align partner leadership on strategy and monetization.
• Provide thought leadership on security trends and evolving customer needs.
• Create reusable methodologies, templates, and playbooks for partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and partner success teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Enable MSPs through technical workshops, bootcamps, and hands‑on training.
