Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Motor Fleet Executive to develop our Commercial Motor Fleet proposition within our professional and welcoming Maidstone office. You will be responsible for managing a profitable fleet book, working closely with Account Executives, insurers, and clients, with ownership and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Commercial Motor Fleet insurance (broker or insurer).
• Proven ability to manage insurance portfolios.
• Strong technical knowledge of fleet underwriting, placement and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the Commercial Motor Fleet account portfolio.
• Senior technical referral point for complex fleet risks and placements.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, negotiate terms, premiums and cover.
• Support Account Executives with new business, renewals and client presentations.
• Ensure policy documentation, endorsements, warranties and cover are accurate.
• Oversee mid-term adjustments and renewal processes.
• Drive service excellence and KPIs across the portfolio.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities across Brown & Brown.
• Manage workloads, diaries and priorities.
