A global communications firm in Greater London is seeking a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager to lead high-impact MEL programs. You will design evaluation plans, conduct capacity assessments, and facilitate learning workshops. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in MEL and strong analytical and communication skills. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days a week in the London office.

We are looking for a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to lead MEL across some of our most innovative and high-impact programmes, with a particular focus on programmes related to capacity building, election integrity and campaigns. You will work closely with programme teams to define meaningful objectives, track progress, and evaluate whether our interventions drive measurable changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviours. You will be responsible for conducting organisational capacity assessments, supporting partners to conduct quality monitoring and evaluation, and evaluating the impact of behaviour change campaigns.

The Senior MEL Manager role can be based in Yerevan working remotely or in London as a Hybrid role, and expected to be in our London office at least 3 days per week.
