Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to design, plan and deliver workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure and AI. You will work with enterprise clients, executives and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.

Responsibilities include leading projects, providing technical guidance, managing risks and ensuring adoption and alignment with security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture and project management for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers.
• Engage with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap and architecture for Microsoft 365, Azure and AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle from pre-sales to deployment and adoption.
• Manage risks and ensure solutions meet requirements and SLAs; collaborate with Microsoft and partners.
• Stay updated on trends and share insights with Microsoft and partner communities.
