Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a Modern Workplace Architect to lead design, planning and delivery of enterprise-grade modern workplace solutions. You will drive architecture for Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform, and guide stakeholders from pre‑sales to deployment.

You will collaborate with Microsoft and partners, oversee implementation, ensure security and compliance, and help customers transform productivity in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture and project delivery for modern workplace projects.
• Proven ability to design Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform based solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients.
• Define the modern workplace strategy, roadmap and architecture leveraging M365, Azure and Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and manage risks across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partner resources to ensure quality and success.
