Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to shape enterprise-scale Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions. You will engage customers early, define technical strategies, and lead the architecture and implementation of complex deployments across multi-site environments.

The role requires deep Microsoft technology expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Essential skills as listed: strong presentation and communication, self-starter with prioritisation, results orientation, proven ability to lead technically, analytical thinking, solid documentation ability, SC clearance or willingness to gain, relevant Microsoft exams/certs.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in early customer engagements to articulate Methods BDT capabilities and shape customer tech strategy.
• Own the technical solution to meet customer specs, liaise with colleagues and partners to deliver technically elegant and commercially viable solutions.
• Create and review cost models to support implementation and ongoing delivery.
• Own and manage risks in solution development and delivery.
• Lead technical presentations to customers with sales team, provide technical support in negotiations and handover to delivery teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to methods and offerings.
