Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to lead design, planning and delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure and AVD solutions. You’ll work with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into scalable architectures, guiding implementation and adoption while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management for modern workplace and cloud solutions.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and AVD solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present to executives and end users.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent; Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT leaders, and technical teams to define strategy and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from pre-sales to deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet security policies, compliance standards, and SLAs.
• Work with Microsoft and partner resources; conduct workshops and training.
