Job summary

Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) UK is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer in London to lead the design and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with business stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements and propose scalable solutions that leverage Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI capabilities.

You will oversee implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment with security policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management for modern workplace and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent, with Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers.
• Define vision, requirements, and roadmap with business stakeholders and IT leaders.
• Oversee implementation and adoption, ensuring security and compliance across solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and customers throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partners; conduct workshops and training.
