Zusammenfassung

Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) UK is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to design, plan and deliver enterprise-grade workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure and AI capabilities. You will lead architecture, oversee implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to meet security and compliance standards.

Hybrid working across UK offices and client sites, with opportunities to progress through Capgemini’s learning ecosystem and certifications.

Qualifikationen

Experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, and project management on modern workplace and cloud solutions.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure features and architectures.
Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to engage with executives and end users.

Aufgaben

Lead design, planning, and delivery of modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, challenges and requirements.
Propose innovative scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI capabilities.
Oversee implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment with security policies and SLAs.
Work with Microsoft and partners, conduct workshops, training, and presentations.
