hyperexponential is seeking a Delivery Engineer within the Client Education domain to work with customers on Developer+—delivering workshops, reviewing code, and shaping the programme with what is learned in practice. You’ll partner with Product to accelerate adoption and build a repeatable delivery model beyond individuals.

You’ll sit in Client Education rather than Delivery Engineering, collaborating closely with the broader Delivery Engineering team to craft a scalable, high-impact education

Qualifications

• Shipped and maintained production-grade Python code in data-heavy environments.
• Pricing and modelling with insurance/actuarial context is a plus.
• Developed technical enablement instincts, including pitching sessions and audience-appropriate docs.
• Coached customer teams to operate independently rather than solving problems for them.
• Operated with ownership, building repeatable processes where none exist.
• Prioritised work across competing delivery, review and content demands.
• Communicated clearly with developers, actuaries, delivery partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Move customer teams from hx-led build to independent delivery with advisory focus.
• Keep engagements on prescribed paths and tailor services to build stage.
• Deliver structured enablement sessions: architecture, testing, deployment, model lifecycles.
• Run code reviews as a service, improving hx development standards.
• Provide drop-in support to resolve most issues during sessions.
• Make Developer+ repeatable and documented, leveraging AI to scale.
• Translate delivery knowledge into hx Academy content prioritized by surface findings.
• Be the technical voice of the customer into Product with feedback on friction.
