Job summary

hyperexponential (hx) is embarking on its first dedicated Revenue Enablement function, with a hands-on leader who will work closely with Revenue leadership to shape how hx sells as we scale.

You'll design and implement onboarding, materials, and enablement programmes to sharpen a global revenue team, building credibility with insurers and clients alike in a fast-growing AI-powered platform.

Responsibilities

• Help build hx's Revenue enablement operating model, working with Romain to define scope, intake processes, prioritisation frameworks, and success metrics.
• Contribute to the 2026 Revenue enablement roadmap, turning commercial priorities into training, content, and rhythms that improve seller effectiveness.
• Design and run enablement programmes that strengthen qualification, discovery, deal progression, sale
