Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to own field enablement across enterprise and mid-market teams selling EPM and equity services. You will design training, create playbooks, battle cards, and ROI models, and personally deliver sessions both in-person and virtually.

You’ll track ramp times and win rates, use Claude AI to automate collateral drafts, and partner with sales management to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, Ops, or Coaching for enterprise software or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner on enablement strategy and execute field-facing initiatives.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training experiences for enterprise and mid-market teams.
• Create go-to-market collateral: battle cards, playbooks, discovery guides, ROI models.
• Own end-to-end enablement: training, collateral access, coaching, post-deal analysis.
• Measure program ROI and tie collateral usage to quota attainment and ramp time.
